I run because I believe. I believe in a world that is free from breast cancer. I run because I believe. I believe that tomorrow is too late. I run because I believe. I believe in the memory of those lost to breast cancer. I run because I believe. I believe in the spirit of our breast cancer survivors. I run because I believe. I believe in the children who will never know breast cancer. I run because I believe. I believe in a cure for breast cancer. And I will keep running until a cure is found.

I run in memory of my grandmother who battled for over 10 years. I run so one day no one else will have to go through that pain. I run because although I felt I could do nothing on her last days, I promised her I would continue to do SOMETHING until we find a CURE! I run because I believe that together we CAN make a difference!!
 

2009 I completed my FIRST marathon for the National Marathon to Fight Breast Cancer in 6 hours 3 minutes!!  This year my goal is to finish in 5 hours....a whole hour faster than last year! I will be running 26.2 miles for 300 minutes and hope to raise ONE DOLLAR PER EVERY MINUTE! Every dollar will help someone battling breast cancer! Please join me in this race to FINISH breast cancer!
